Day One:
​
SPEED - They say you can’t teach speed, however,
you can teach an athlete how to reach their personal peak speed,
so we will focus on every aspect of getting faster.​​
​
SPRINTING FORM - Correct sprinting form is essential for an athlete
to reach his or her maximum speed. We will focus on the details of
correct running form.
​
Day Two:
​
RETAINING AND ENHANCING - We will begin day two focusing on what
we learned on day one and taking it a step further. We will preform drills that
will call for athletes to use correct sprinting form.
​
COMPETITION - Competing is the best practice. We will compete against one
another in different drills that will challenge athletes to reach their peak speed.
