Mondays: 3:00pm & 4:00pm – Athlete Prep | 5:00pm & 6:00pm – Strength & Performance for Adults
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 6:00am & 7:00am – Strength & Performance for Adults
Wednesdays: 3:00pm & 4:00pm – Athlete Prep | 5:00pm & 6:00pm – Strength & Performance for Adults
Fridays: 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm – Athlete Prep

Kody has developed a very successful functional fitness class for all ages. 360 Meltdown consists of a 60 minute total body, muscle building, fat burning routine. The routine is unique in the fact that no two workouts are the same! The success of the class has propelled it into a handful of Fortune 500 companies which has been acting as a pillar to their employees health and wellness program.
