We are happy to offer fitness classes at our facilities, open to both members and non-members ($15 drop in-fee). Run by our own fitness instructor, these classes range from high-intensity to tailored exercises for any type of fitness level. Offered at different times throughout the week, these classes are ready for you to jump in!

BOOTCAMP: A high-energy, full-body workout that combines strength, cardio, and endurance training to challenge all fitness levels.
CYCLING: A fun and intense indoor cycling class that focuses on building stamina and burning calories through rhythmic pedaling and intervals.
FUNCTIONAL WORKOUT FOR SENIORS: Tailored exercises designed to improve mobility, strength, and balance, helping seniors stay active and independent.
FUNCTIONAL WORKOUT: A dynamic workout that combines strength and flexibility to improve everyday movement patterns and overall body function. Different muscle groups are targeted each day to keep your body challenged and balanced.
HIIT (HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING): A fast-paced workout with short bursts of intense activity followed by rest, perfect for burning fat and building endurance.
CORE CIRCUIT: A targeted workout focusing on strengthening the core muscles for better posture, balance, and overall stability.
